CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24-48 hours' notice. This courtesy allows us to offer the time slot to other clients and keeps the scheduling running smoothly. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will result in a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost. Clients who fail to show up for an appointment will be charged a No-Show fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service cost and future bookings may require full prepayment following a no-show incident. If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, I may not be able to accommodate the full service. In this case, we may need to shorten the service or reschedule your appointment to avoid impacting the next client's booking. This will be considered a Late Cancellation, and the relevant fee may apply. As a courtesy, we will send a reminder via text 48 hours prior to your appointment. By confirming your appointment, you agree to adhere to all terms of this policy.
