Hello! My name is Karina, founder of Casa D’ Foils! Originally from the Bronx and raised in Rock Hill, my love for beauty started early and grew into a dream of building a space of my own. As a proud Latina, I’m fluent in both English and Spanish (se habla español), and I created Casa D’ Foils to offer an inclusive, welcoming environment focused on luxury care and tailored hair transformations. None of this would be possible without the incredible support of my family and loved ones—a massive thank you for helping turn this dream into reality. I can’t wait to welcome you to my chair!
CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24-48 hours' notice. This courtesy allows us to offer the time slot to other clients and keeps the scheduling running smoothly. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will result in a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost. Clients who fail to show up for an appointment will be charged a No-Show fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service cost and future bookings may require full prepayment following a no-show incident. If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, I may not be able to accommodate the full service. In this case, we may need to shorten the service or reschedule your appointment to avoid impacting the next client's booking. This will be considered a Late Cancellation, and the relevant fee may apply. As a courtesy, we will send a reminder via text 48 hours prior to your appointment. By confirming your appointment, you agree to adhere to all terms of this policy.
